This is where the inner work begins.  I will help you navigate and identify your feelings and emotions while utilizing a psychoanalytic approach to our therapeutic process. I will help you focus as well as increase your self-understanding and deepen your insight into emotional difficulties. I will explore your unconscious realm and help you make connections and parallels to your present-day consciousness. I believe that you are the expert of your own story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming the things that challenge you. I will help you gain your confidence back and help you rebuild your self-esteem.

Couples Psychotherapy

Is your relationship struggling? The goal of couples therapy is to provide a space where both partners are allowed to be seen and heard, specifically where they are both able to express themselves, all while being receptive to feedback. This is where new communication, intimacy, and self-actualization tools will be learned to engage in effective dialogue between both parties, as well as where trust and vulnerability will be warmly invited in. Individual work will also be done in order to accomplish the goal of growing the relationship in a positive direction.

This is where I will help you identify and clarify your thoughts and emotions and integrate them within the realm of psycho-education, in order to help you navigate and create a path to your own holistic state of happiness. This state of happiness is dependent on the importance of holistic health and wellness, connecting the mind, body, and soul as one. You can achieve self-growth and self-actualization and are inherently driven toward positive change. I will help you navigate your path to healing and reconnection with your inner self, in addition to helping you explore your purpose and identity in a safe and secure place.

Calling on all First Responders. Firefighters, Police Officers, EMT's, Veterans, Active Duty Military, Emergency Medical Technicians, and Healthcare Providers. I offer Individual psychotherapy, specifically targeting work stress, PTSD, insomnia, anxiety, depression, and addiction struggles. I will help you navigate a more fulfilling, stress-free, and enjoyable lifestyle. Please include in your email/ therapy inquiry that you are a first responder when reaching out.
