If your insurance was not listed on the FAQs page, please refer below to Out-Of-Network fees.
It is the patient's responsibility to contact their insurance company to discuss out-of-network benefit coverage, reimbursement rates, changes in insurance policies, as well as any updated information from their insurance carrier. Alicia, LMHC can provide receipts after services are completed and payment is collected that you can submit to your insurance company. Please reach out with any questions or guidance.
Intake (1st Session)
The first session is a meaningful step in your healing journey. During this time, we’ll explore your background, discuss your current challenges, and begin to identify your goals for therapy. Seeking support takes courage, and choosing to begin this process is a powerful act of self-care. I’m here to support and empower you every step of the way.
Virtual Individual Session: $200
Individual Psychotherapy
This is where meaningful inner work takes place. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns using a psychoanalytic lens, gently uncovering the unconscious roots of your struggles and drawing connections to your present-day experience. Through this process, you’ll deepen your self-awareness, gain clarity, and begin to heal from within. I believe you are the expert of your own story, and my role is to help you reconnect with your inner strength, rebuild self-esteem, and reclaim your confidence.

Couples Psychotherapy
Is your relationship facing challenges? Couples therapy offers a safe, supportive space where both partners can feel truly seen and heard. Here, you’ll learn how to communicate more effectively, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional intimacy. With a balance of shared dialogue and individual reflection, we’ll work together to uncover patterns, strengthen connections, and move your relationship toward greater understanding and growth. Vulnerability is welcomed, and healing begins when both partners feel empowered to show up fully.

First Responder Psychotherapy
Calling on all First Responders. Firefighters, Police Officers, EMT's, Veterans, Active Duty Military, Emergency Medical Technicians, and Healthcare Providers. I offer Individual psychotherapy, specifically targeting work stress, PTSD, insomnia, anxiety, depression, and addiction struggles. I will help you navigate a more fulfilling, stress-free, and enjoyable lifestyle. Please include in your email/ therapy inquiry that you are a first responder when reaching out. And most importantly, thank you for your service.

Emotional Support Animal (ESA)
I offer professional, confidential, and compassionate assessments and documentation for Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letters. These letters are written in accordance with legal guidelines and provide individuals with the support they need to live with their emotional support animals. I conduct a thorough assessment to evaluate your emotional and psychological needs in relation to having an emotional support animal. Each letter is tailored to your situation, ensuring that it accurately reflects your mental health condition and emotional support animal needs.
